Cancellation Policies
Please note that cancellations made within 3 days of the scheduled rental date are non-refundable (but we can reschedule a rental date for you). We understand that plans can change, but due to the nature of our service and the limited availability of our mobile sauna, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations within this timeframe.
Delivery Fee
Sauna delivery fee of $3.00 per mile will apply for private reservations from Wesley Chapel Grove Plaza to a customer’s location.
